was founded by Megan Hagley, MSN, CRNA, who recognized the impact of aesthetic medicine after having her second child.
Megan realized that her facial rejuvenation treatments were instrumental in feeling confident, refreshed, and more herself.
She was determined to find a way to bring that same experience to the men and women of South Bend.

Megan is a nurse anesthetist, aesthetic nurse injector, and a mom specializing in aesthetic services for the Michiana region.
She splits her time between providing anesthesia at local hospitals, while also serving the Michiana area helping to restore inner beauty, while rejuvenating your face and skin.

She's been married for ten years and is a mom of 3. Her favorite procedure is microneedling because it's the perfect marriage between beauty and science. She loves that it supports and restores the foundation on which all other aesthetic treatments rely on.

Melissa graduated from Goshen College and has over a decade of ICU experience as an RN. She currently specializes as a Nurse Practitioner in Orthopedics and Cryotherapy.
Melissa enjoys helping patients reach their utmost potential by providing a comfortable environment to attain their beauty and wellness goals.
Melissa is a wife and a mom of two spicy little girls. When she is not working, you can find her vacationing on the beach, working out, or indulging in her guilty pleasure of The Real Housewives franchise.

Emilee graduated from Goshen College and now resides in Granger, Indiana. Her professional experience lies in injections.
Emilee knew Pur Aesthetics would be a perfect fit because loves to assist clients to reach their beauty and wellness goals.
Emilee graduated from Goshen College and has a previous history as an ICU nurse, specializing in Pulmonary Medicine.
She’s a mom and one of our newest members to the team.

Renowned for her infectious enthusiasm, she fosters a positive atmosphere among team members and clients.
Beyond the office, Lexi finds solace in nature and mindfulness, balancing her professional demands with yoga and hiking. In her downtime, she enjoys the warm companionship of her cats. Lexi's zest for life extends globally through her passion for modeling and travel, making her a magnetic asset to the Pur family.

Dr. Fuller attended undergrad at the University of Notre Dame, medical school at the University of Chicago, then completed a 6-year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at the University of Chicago Medical Center, training with world-renowned plastic and cosmetic surgeons.
Dr. Fuller focuses his aesthetic practice on body contouring, including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, tummy tuck, mommy makeover, along with many other procedures. He offers detailed consultations and creates a unique approach to body contouring for each patient.
